Contract changes with ATT will result in KanOkla changing their dial up access numbers in Ponca City, Newkirk, Blackwell, and Tonkawa, OK effective immediately.

New phone numbers are posted on the support website at http://support.kanokla.com/node/181 and are immediately accessible. In addition to the number change will be a username/password information update - users will now need to log in using their entire email address (i.e. johndoe@kanokla.net or johndoe@kskc.net, etc.) rather than just their username. Password information will remain the same.

To make the switch as painless as possible, we've created a dialup creation utility located at http://support.kanokla.com/downloads/KanOkla-Extended-Dialup.EXE which will recreate the dialup connection and change the access number automatically for you (username and password information will need to be entered).

Old access numbers will be active until June 1 to allow customers ample time to switch to the new number.
