New Mail System Ready!

The new mail system is ready - all that's required is to either start using the new webmail links at the right of this story - or to modify your email program settings and you'll be ready to start taking advantage of the new system.

In your mail program of choice, change the settings for your KanOkla email account (includes kanokla.net, wiredks.com, wiredok.com, and kskc.net) to as follows:

Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: pop.gmail.com
Requires SSL: Yes
Use SSL: Yes
Port: 995

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: smtp.gmail.com
Requires TLS/SSL: Yes
Use Authentication: Yes
Use STARTTLS/SSL: Yes
Port: 465 or 587

Account Name: KanOkla
Email Address: Your Normal Email Address
Password: Your Normal Password

We're working away at a utility which should make these setting changes automatically for you, but in the meantime feel free to start using the system.

You can also start taking advantage of the new document management and calendar applications as well - just point your browser to http://calendar.(your domain); for documents, go to http://docs.(your domain).
